By using Freelance Operations Academy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What we provide

Freelance Operations Academy offers:

• Educational content about freelancer operations
• The Freelancer OS (a Notion template system)
• Access to a Skool community
• Weekly calls and support (for paid members)

Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are processed through Skool. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled according to Skool's policies. You can cancel your membership at any time through your Skool account.

Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not share or resell membership access
• Treat other community members respectfully
• Use the materials for your own freelance business

Intellectual property

Course content, templates, and materials are owned by Freelance Operations Academy. Your membership gives you a license to use them for your own business, not to redistribute or resell.

No guarantees

We provide systems and education, but results depend on your implementation. We don't guarantee specific income outcomes or business results.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
